Title and Summary

Vice President, Click to Pay Mastercard Checkout Services focuses on making payments on the internet simpler, more efficient, and more secure. We are building highly scalable digital payment experiences through our products such as Click to Pay, Secure Card on File Tokenization and Token Authentication Service.

The Vice President Click to Pay, will be part of Mastercard Checkout Services leadership team and will be responsible all the aspects of Click to Pay including product strategy, design, build, deployment and scaling the product.
This role requires a deep understanding of payment solutions, a passion for building world-class and highly scalable products, and the ability to build a world class organization.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead and develop a highly qualified and experienced team of product leaders and SMEs and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
• Drive product growth and key business outcomes while continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance.
• Drive a user-centric culture of data driven test and learn experimentation and continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience.
• Partner and influence cross functional teams including Engineering and operations teams to ensure that are products, high quality are easy to deploy and deliver a great experience.
• In partnership with Marketing and GTM teams, create compelling product narratives for both external and internal audiences.
• Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent documentation (e.g., support documents) across all processes to support knowledge management and ensure consistency and repeatability across projects
ALL ABOUT YOU
· Proven experience in building and scaling a digital payment product
· Proven experience in a leadership role and in building and managing a large scale team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to engage C-suite executives with ease.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
