DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Division of Public Health, Infectious Diseases, and Occupational Medicine (PHIDOM) is seeking an exceptional clinician with expertise in Occupational Medicine and/or Aerospace Medicine. PHIDOM caters to a diverse patient demographic, including occupational groups such as aviators, transportation professionals, healthcare workers, and safety-sensitive workers. Candidates with interest or training in hyperbaric medicine will find opportunities to join our advanced Hyperbaric Medicine team, dedicated to providing care in a state-of-the-art facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible in Occupational or Aerospace Medicine.

* Experience as an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) is preferred; those wishing to become an AME are encouraged to apply.

* Additional board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is beneficial.

* A strong interest in academic pursuits, including peer-reviewed publications, clinical or epidemiologic research, and practice innovation, is encouraged.
