Position: Nurse Practitioner
Locations: Saginaw and Bad Axe, Michigan (multiple locations)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $200,000 annually, based on experience.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday
Bonuses:
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
• Moving Bonus: Relocation assistance available.
• Quarterly and Year-End Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses linked to revenue generation.

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Saginaw and Bad Axe, Michigan. This position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $200,000 per year, depending on experience. Our Nurse Practitioners enjoy a structured work schedule from Monday through Friday, working across multiple locations.
Additionally, we offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance to help make your transition smooth and stress-free. To further reward your contributions, we provide quarterly and year-end bonuses based on revenue generation. For those traveling between our Saginaw and Bad Axe locations, we offer a vehicle bonus or the option to use a company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
