As a physician at MNGI, our operations provide you with a supportive healthcare team to handle administrative responsibilities including billing, prior authorizations, and scheduling. Our skilled clinical teams support high-quality and efficient procedural work conducted at our Endoscopy Centers, including our Anesthesia and nursing teams, and an in-house pathology lab.
We are proud of our commitment to remain independent and believe that decisions should be made by gastroenterologists, not investors or large health system administrators.
With MNGI's nationally recognized and innovative approach to the delivery of care, we have a demand for our medical services and are expanding our practice. MNGI Offers a variety of employment structures, and we are hiring for Shareholder Track Physicians & Outpatient Physicians.
The Shareholder Track Physician position allows a gastroenterologist to become a shareholder in the practice and share in the financial success of the organization. We offer an efficient workday, a reasonable call schedule, and a vibrant and growing practice for you to build a satisfying career.
The Outpatient Physician position is a full-time, benefit-eligible, opportunity to work Monday through Friday, exclusively in our clinic and outpatient procedural center. This position provides the opportunity for a physician to be fully integrated with our specialty practice offerings! The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. No nights/call, or hospital rounding responsibility. Working 160-210 days per year.
