The Nextracker China - Finance BP, located in Shanghai, Finance-BP for China will be Responsible for management of NX China finance, Interaction and bridge between Nextracker and local statutory firm, Reporting/consolidation – interaction with Global finance NX and related activities. This role will report to Sr. Nextracker's Global Finance team, based in Fremont.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Finance representative of NX China operations, financial consolidation and report,
• Responsible for interactions with local statutory accounting firm, global general ledger support, global NX finance structure (Tax. Treasury, etc.)
• Identify potentials, opportunities, and risks for the development of the country financials and reporting,
• Support and management of cross-functional projects.
• Support the management team in the development of action plans to eliminate gaps and to guide the country operations to maximum efficiency
• Provide financial analysis for the site and business unit controlling by preparing and commenting monthly reporting, detailed planning, target-actual comparisons, gap analyzes or any special reports
• Support on budget maintenance, and communication on technical accounting and report matters,
• Close cooperation with the country manager and consultants/partners.
• Ensure that HR / Treasury / Tax are in line and in touch with the local statutory firm to get their processes set up as well

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• Bachelor's/Master degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance. Requires a minimum of 10 years of finance/accounting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,
• Familiarity with financial statements and frequently used reports: such as aging reports, general ledgers, payment reports, income statements, balance sheet, and cash flows, multibook reporting, China statutory environment, and general requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
