Summary:
The Sr. Construction Project Scheduler's goal is to propose, create and manage a global project schedule. You will be responsible for working with construction management, project management and asset management to forecast and
schedule global field resources.

Based onsite in Fremont, You will track projects through their life cycle to ensure that all contractual obligations and critical dates are met.


Responsibilities:

  • Creation of a high level master schedule that incorporates contract values and customer schedules globally

  • Forecast and schedule resources needed to execute contractual support obligations globally.

  • Analyze construction schedules and recommend work-arounds and schedule improvement ideas.

  • Advise Project Managers of change orders required to fulfill scheduling extensions and requests.

  • Provide weekly reports to management by region on resource forecasting.

  • Manage construction schedule and activities globally.

  • Prepare and release progress updates for Project Services quarterly.

  • Depending on the size of project being handled, he/she may be required to coordinate with project engineers,

  • consultants, agencies, and various other departments within the organization.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in scheduling or project management within construction.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.

  • Strong knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles

  • Strong self-starter with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain effective client relationships.

  • Highly effective at managing and delivering construction projects on schedule and under budget.

  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions

  • Willing to travel as required.

  • Previous background in solar desired

Salary Range Applicable to California

$100,000 - $130,000
