The Supply Chain Process Analyst will be based in Hyderabad, IN.

Supply Chain Process Analyst will be working with different cross functional business teams in NEXTracker Supply Chain, Operations group and Our Business Systems Implementation Partner. You will responsible to develop and maintain all processes required to operate by understanding AS IS and TO BE Processes and also prepare SOP documentation by aligning with all stakeholders.

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

  • AS IS Process mapping to understand the current state of Business Process and systems alignment.
  • Understand the TO BE Process and System Solution Requirements for end-to-end supply chain and prepare SOP for TO BE Process.
  • Review existing SOP's to check in line with the process, identify the process gaps, organize meetings, co-ordinate with stakeholders , Formulate and streamline the process , Revise the SOP , Review SOP with process owners & SME's , get sign off and release in Arena.
  • Recognize process needs, prioritize and organize the development.
  • For each processes, define stakeholders, implement schedule and drive execution
  • Conduct periodical Audits, Publish observations & Non-Compliance report to management.

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

  • Bachelor's degree or Higher
  • Strong Business Acumen and Minimum 8 Years of Domain experience in in Supply chain function (Domain Knowledge for NPI , Sourcing , Planning , Procurement , Logistics processes)
  • Min 2~4 years' experience in Supply Chain process documentation at international quality standards.
  • Experience in Process mapping, VSM , Flow charts , Visio.
  • Strong Problem Solving and Documentation Skills
  • Supply Chain Certifications Preferred
  • Strong Knowledge & Experience in Microsoft office -Word, Excel , PowerPoint and Macros is a plus
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with strong organizational skills.
