Schedule: This role is the first person that many patients', visitors' and employees' see upon entering WMH and assists with wayfinding. This is an evening time position, hours are
Week One: Sunday 1330-1900, Monday 1230-1730, Wednesday and Friday 1245-1945
Week Two: Monday and Tuesday 1230-1730, Friday 1245-1945 and Saturday 1330-1900

Part Time with Benefits

FTE: 0.55

Greets patients, families and visitors and assist with way finding directions. Coordinates escorting and transporting of our customers by utilizing volunteer services. Candidate handles incoming calls and customer inquiries with appropriate and timely follow up.


    • HS Diploma / GED
    • Previous customer service experience strongly preferred.
    • Ability to proficiently type and operate a computer.
    • Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
