Summary

RNDC is looking for an analytical, results-driven and strategic Finance Transformation Lead to join our growing finance team. The Finance Transformation Lead is responsible for partnering with Transformation work stream leaders to validate business cases and partnering with Finance Teams to identify, quantify, and drive Finance Transformation initiatives which create value for the organization. The role is responsible for actively engaging with business partners to ensure adoption of the initiatives and providing feedback on the results vs the business case.

In this role, you will
  • Responsible for the development and tactical deployment of Finance Transformation initiatives for RNDC. 
  • Build strong relationships and partner with corporate, regional, and state Finance Teams to ensure value delivery for productivity initiatives.  
  • Use analytics to find opportunities for productivity, framing the opportunities to gain organizational alignment on value proposition and path forward. 
  • Act as business expert on business process standardization, simplification, and re-engineering, unlocking synergy through better communication, collaboration, and technology adoption.  
  • Focus on transformational activities which help the organization provide a more consistent experience for our customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate large, projects (across the Finance Organization), bringing together key stakeholders and driving decisions. 
  • Help the organization prioritize initiatives to create optimal path forward on value creation, removing roadblocks, managing upwards and downwards to communicate the organizations strategy. 

 

What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g. Strategic Management, Quantitative Finance, Economics, etc.) from an accredited four-year college or university 
  • Master's degree in related field preferred 
  • Eight or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
