SAIC is currently hiring for a Training Analyst to help support the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) program.
Job Duties:
- Assist in onboarding of new hires to ensure all documentation is ready for processing.
- Assist System administrator with new computer equipment issue.
- Train agents on Various AESD-W related tasks and utilization of proprietary tools and functions.
- Create / update training material for existing AESD-W staff and new hires.
- Assist Knowledge Management with creating, updating, and reviewing of knowledge articles
- Provide additional assistance to learners struggling with content.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelors and three (3) years of experience; four years of experience in lieu of degree
Required Certifications and Security Clearance:
- Valid CompTIA ce certification of CASP +, Security +, Network +, or A+
- Must have an active United States Secret Security Clearance on first day of employment
Required Skills:
- Experience with providing technical training topics to small to medium groups.
- Experience working on an Army Service Desk.
- Proficiency with Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) ServiceNow ticketing system
- Willingness to teach new personnel in creative ways
- Familiarization with writing Knowledge Articles
- Proficient with Active Directory Users and Computers (ADUC)
- Good Communication Skills, ability to work with all levels of personnel
- Work in a team environment
