The EEG Technician is responsible for performing routine tasks related to the operation of the EEG Department as well as assisting with patient related activities which are pre-determined for each patient. Performs neurodiagnostic examinations, monitors patient progress and records results. Maintains, complies, and prepares results for physician interpretation and archiving. Assist in sleep lab as technical skills allow.
· Minimum of a high school degree or equivalent required.
· Graduate of accredited Electroneurodiagnostic Program Required
· 1 to 3years experience as a EEG Tech Required
· American Heart BLS Certification Required
· Organizational; Verbal; Interpersonal; Customer Relations; Analytical; Grammar/Read - Follow Verbal Directions, Computer skills
