University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Medical Group (SMG) a multispecialty physician group and the premier physician organization of University of Michigan Health-Sparrow is seeking a full-time, dynamic board-certified Physician to serve as the Medical Director of Adult Critical Care. Fellowship training in critical care is required and prefer five years experience. Position is located in Lansing, Michigan.

University of Michigan Health- SMG is committed to improving access to medical care across the Mid-Michigan region. Responsibilities include Execute clinical initiatives, collaborate with Physician participants to identify opportunity areas for value improvement and assist in the evaluation of opportunities associated with participating in innovative programs.

• Full time position-40% administrative and 60% clinical

• 48 Critical Care Beds (ICU, CCU, Neuro ICU)
