Description

Location: Haverhill, MA - but travel will be required to other towns within the region. mileage is reimbursed. 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

Pay Rate: $60,486 annually

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate degree in a related field is preferred.
• Two years of experience in in administrative role, preferably a leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Computer experience and familiarity with Windows 2000, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel required

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for:

• Providing operational support to the Outpatient Regional Executive Director and the Outpatient Program Director.
• Coordinating the Quality Improvement Process.
• Ensuring operations are running efficiently and tracking outcomes.
• Providing technical and operational assistance to Admissions and Clinic Office Coordinator staff.
• Traveling between all assigned regional outpatient programs regularly and as needed for operational support: Haverhill, Saugus. Waltham, Weymouth and Framingham.
