Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Community Autism Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in San Jose, CA, and the surrounding areas. We are seeking candidates who are open to work between Palo Alto to Saratoga or the greater East Bay (Hayward, Union City, Fremont). Job Duties
- Deliver direct intervention in home, school, and community settings.
- Conduct parent/caregiver education and functional behavior assessments.
- Create ABA programs tailored for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).
- Employ evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions.
- Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and handle case management.
- Offer clinical direction, training, and support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior Technicians.
- Provide supervised, professional experience to Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT certification through group and individual supervision.
- Possess an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Flexible to work with combined home, school, and center caseloads
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, organizational, and leadership skills
- Previous experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
- Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
