Tetra Tech's Asset Management Consultancy provides clients with high quality, high value advisory services in support of the strategic development, creation and management of sustainable assets. This role will be to lead and grow our UK M&E Asset Inspection/Verification capability.
This team operates nationally with an existing portfolio of blue-chip clients, providing services in the UK and overseas. You will work alongside our other existing Asset Management teams and will be expected to secure and deliver a range of commissions.
You will assist the Managing Director by helping to develop our strategic direction for relevant services in the sector and oversee the implementation of client accounts and market strategies to maintain growth.
You must have the ability to write fee and project bids; you will perform effectively and will have the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of an established team. It is essential that you have a high level of personal numeracy as you will be responsible for financial control of the projects you lead.
You will be expected to bring existing client relationships and to help develop further relationships, both with private developers and public sector bodies.
Fundamentally, you must have the ability to work at a high level, employing a range of technical and interpersonal skills to engage, influence and collaborate with cognate clients, colleagues and stakeholders on a broad range of interesting projects.
Requirements:
Demonstrable knowledge of facilities management and experience supporting clients in considering how best to deploy estate management strategy
Experience of successfully managing and growing an Asset Management/FM team with increased revenues and margins
Multi-sector experience
Requirement to have a strong client base in the relevant sectors above
Recognised engineering academic background and relevant chartership is preferred
A consultancy background is preferred
Knowledge of ISO55001 strategic asset management would be preferred
