We are looking for an enthusiastic committed individual to join our energetic team.

The successful candidate will report into the IT Depot Team Lead. This is a standard 37.5hr working week. There is some flexibility in start and finishing hours. The role will be full time in the office unless prior agreement with their line manager.

 

Your Role

Your role will be to provide administrative support to the Depot Team within the IT department, for the following:

  • Ordering IT equipment, such as laptops, mobiles and peripherals.
  • Creating and modifying login accounts for new starters and leavers.
  • Liaising with the customers confirming hardware and software requirements for new and replacement equipment.
  • Booking couriers to arrange for IT equipment to be delivered to and from sites.
  • Managing workload in the Tetra Tech global ticketing system.
  • Helping with Asset Recovery
  • Invoicing

 

About You

To be considered for the role you will need good IT, Maths and English skills able to demonstrate the following:

  • Good skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A basic understanding of mobile phone functions (iPhone and Android)
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Ability to prioritise workload against the needs of the business and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential to ensure effective and efficient working.
  • Able to work well in a team and good co-operation with colleagues, supporting each other as necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively on an individual basis.
  • Determined and energetic with the ability to “make things happen”.
  • Discretion due to the sensitive nature of some information.
  • Ability to follow processes.
