Job Title:   Water/Wastewater Engineer

City:           Atlanta

State:         GA

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

• Plan and design water/wastewater treatment, distribution/conveyance, pumping and storage facilities;
• Prepare piping design and layouts;
• Perform conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses;
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and supporting documents;
• Prepare construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates;
• Evaluate alternatives and resolving technical issues by interfacing with other engineering disciplines;
• Perform engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings;
• Recommend and document design modifications;
• Complete hydraulic calculations;
• Write technical specifications and reports; and
  Evaluate treatment systems to determine design criteria for improvements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental & Water Resources Engineering and 3 years of experience in job offered or 3 years of experience in the Related Occupation 

RELATED OCCUPATION: 
Engineer or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
