Integrity Insurance, a part of the Tom Wood Group, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The CSR would provide support to our team and customers in various ways. We represent a network of insurance providers including, but not limited to, Safeco, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, State Auto, to name a few.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact on incoming phone calls
  • Answers customer questions and follow up on unresolved issues
  • Process policy changes for clients
  • Update client information as it is needed
  • Obtains/secures all “Trailing Documents” from clients
  • Contacts renewals to discuss rates, coverage and discounts
  • Follows up on all inspections and resolves rejections
  • Coordinates claims for clients
  • Coordinates client onboarding process using our agency contact system
  • Maintaining consistent high customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in general office duties

Requirements:

  • Property and Casualty license. 
  • 1-2 years minimum experience.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills. 
  • Ability to except rejection and stay calm under pressure
  • Valid driver license with good driving record
