Regional Sales Representative

Acadian Total Security, a division of Acadian Companies, has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Representative for our Southeast Texas region in Beaumont, TX.

Job Summary: Responsible for marketing security services and benefits, generating new business and responding to leads, establishing and cultivating relationships with vendors, security integrators and alarm dealers.

JOB FUNCTIONS

1

Increase revenue by organic, inorganic or cross-selling of ATS products and services.

2

Protect revenue by retaining the current dealer and account base.

3

Maintains the positive relationship between ATS and the division's dealer base.

4

Identify opportunities, goals and forecasts.

5

Maintain weekly sales planner and pipeline.

6

Remain current with industry trends, technology and what our competitors are doing. 

7

Active participation in sales meetings.

8

Active participation and cooperation with sales and marketing teams. 

9

Assist in PR, news releases, industry news, webinars, educational seminars, trade shows, regional organizational meetings and functions. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. 

  1. High School diploma or GED
  2. Must be PC literate and some familiarity with MS Word and Excel. 
  3. Strong organizational skills; multi-task oriented
  4. Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  5. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
