We are seeking a Program Manager to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our residential rehab program to ensure that client health, safety, goals, and dignity needs are well met. This position manages a 10-bed residential home for adults with physical disabilities, neurological impairments, and TBI.
This position will manage 24-hour DSP staff to ensure the development of a professional and cohesive team and to ensure that that clients reach or maintain their highest level of independence providing all aspects of supervision.
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and education with a minimum of three years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, or traumatic brain injury. Successful experience managing/supervising staff. A sincere desire to make a difference. Medical/Physical Rehab experience a plus!
