For fulfilling the position of a Operations Buyer, we are looking for a new colleague at Alcoa Shared Services Hungary in full time. Our future colleague will work in our Shared Services Center, in Székesfehérvár.

As a member of the Procurement Department, you will be responsible for:
- Keep contact with contracted suppliers: request for quotations, answer their queries.
- Place purchase orders in Oracle EBS system to suppliers, based on approved request.
- Follow-up the delivery
- Communicate/contact suppliers via e-mail and phone.
- Manage the high volume of procurement needs by supporting the local procurement team.
- Maintaining close relationship with internal customers and suppliers
What we are expecting from you:
- Advanced level of French knowledge – spoken and written
- Advanced level of English knowledge – spoken and written
- Reliable user level of MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
- Strong communication skills, exactitude
- Ability to work both alone and in a team.
- Attention to detail with the ability to take initiative, set priorities, follow up and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Experience in dealing with external partners, suppliers or customers.
- Willingness to work in afternoon shift (14 – 22).
