SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER

THE ROLE:

As a Silicon Design Engineer, you will work with architects designers to verify functional design properties and drive convergence.

THE PERSON:

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform pre-Silicon Verification of next generation high performance Microprocessor designs and related IPs.

• Develop, document and execute on verification testplans at unit level of design hierarchy.
• Develop high level language testbench components including stimulus drivers, behavioral models, monitors and checkers in SystemVerilog.
• Develop, simulate and debug directed/random stimulus to ensure design functionality according to specifications.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Good understanding of computer organization/architecture.
• Experience or familiarity with functional verification tools by VCS,Cadence,Mentor Graphics.

• Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND SKILLS:

• Good knowledge of English.
• Individual responsibility and a strong desire for personal achievements.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelors degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering
