THE ROLE:

• This is a position responsible for Wafer sort and Final Test ATE test program ownership on Server products and provide test solutions for engineering requirements.
• Technical interface with Foundry/Design/Test Engineering teams for WS/FT program development or debug.
• Test IP development and debug.

THE PERSON:

• Capable of setting priorities and moving several tasks forward simultaneously.
• Individual contributor able to integrate well as a team player.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide test solution for Scan/BIST data collection, working closely with development teams and FAB testing team.
• Manage product yield dedication, engineering activities during the product development stage including design validation, performance, characterization, qualification, and release to production.
• Lead multi-functional teams and maintain committed schedules on multiple projects while collaborating with other engineering functions & different levels of management.
• Work with the Design, Quality, and Failure Analysis teams in the disposition of product excursions and manage cases through a material review board.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Strong background of with Advantest platform and program development.
• Fluent English is required. Good communicator in verbal and writing English.
• In-depth knowledge of Scan, BIST IP, able to work independently.
• 5+ years of experience on ATE programming..

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Preferred Degree: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
