MTS SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER  

THE ROLE: 

The focus of this role is to own Physical Design ownership of complex partitions for critical AMD IPs.  

THE PERSON:  

You have a passion for modern, complex processor architecture, digital design, and verification in general. You are a team player who has excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with other engineers located in different sites/timezones. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are willing to learn and ready to take on problems. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• 7-8 years of experience in Physical Design.
• Has to own Place and route of complext partitions and own signoff closure.
• Good understanding of Timing and Physical verification aspects of signoff closure.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  

• 7-8 years experience in Physical Design
• At least 4-5 Tapeouts experience

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:  

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering /Electronics Engineering
