MTS SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER  

THE ROLE: 

As a member of the Radeon Technologies Group, you will help bring to life cutting-edge designs. As a member of the front-end design/integration team, you will work closely with the architecture, IP design, Physical Design teams, and product engineers to achieve first pass silicon success.

THE PERSON:

A successful candidate will work with senior silicon design engineers. The candidate will be highly accurate and detail-oriented, possessing good communication and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Lead validation efforts on SOC emulation platforms
• Bring-up and debug BIOS/OS on full SOC emulation platform
• Create testcases, functional coverage models and bring up validation to closure
• Debug SOC IO interfaces with transactor solutions on emulation platform.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with BIOS/OS bringup on full SOC emulation platform
• Experience working with CPU, GPU, and Memory subsystem.
• Experience with System Verilog, C/C++, or UVM for SoC verification.
• Must have hands-on experience on Zebu/Palladium/Veloce platform to bring up SoC
• Experience in writing and debugging testbenches.
• Experience on debugging SOC IO interfaces with Transactor solutions in emulation platform.
• Hands-on experience writing scripts using Python, Shell, or TCL.
• Think differently and out of the box to stress the DUT in Emulation platform and verify it in efficient way.
• Should be open to learn verification methodologies and mentoring the team.
• Motivated and self-driven.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering with 8+Yrs of exp
