SMTS Pre Silicon Performance (Workload Trace creation & Profiling) Verification Engineer
We are currently seeking a highly skilled 12+ years experienced E2E Performance(Micro Benchmark) Verification engineers
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain compute apps, microbenchmarks and synthetic tests from MI and HPC apps to be used for pre-silicon performance analysis.
- Optimize ML and HPC applications for evaluating new architecture features requiring SW changes.
- Adapt SW workloads for achieving specific behaviors on HW architectures for functional and performance studies.
- SW project management and distribution to ensure internal 3rd party usability of developed workloads.
- Work with pre-silicon performance models and debug functional and performance issues.
- Perf analysis capabilities for building benchmarks that represent larger MI and HPC applications.
Requirements:
- BS +15+ years or MS +12 years work experience preferred.
- Strong GPU architecture understanding
- Good understanding of memory hierarchy, caches, HBM, LPDDR memory paths
- Strong assembly level programing
- Strong presentation skill of workload performance
- Must be proactive and able to independently drive tasks to completion.
- Great teamwork and excellent communications skills are required
- Strong leadership and innovation mind bent
Academic credentials:
B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech degree in ECE/ Electrical Engineering/Computer Science
