THE ROLE: 

The Corporate Briefing Program is designed to facilitate revenue-generating strategic conversations with customers and suppliers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to manage the overall day-to-day operations of our Corporate Briefing Center. This role is pivotal in driving world-class experiences that enhance customer and partner relationships, promote business growth, and brand reinforcement.  

 

You will work closely with sales, senior management, product marketing, and other departments to expand program offerings and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include events management, marketing/branding, communications, reporting, and the continual improvement of the center's Corporate Briefing Program. 

 

You will lead the design and effective execution of customized briefing agendas that align with sales strategies and customer needs, ensuring each briefing is tailored to showcase technology solutions and expertise in a way that is meaningful and impactful to our clients. 

THE PERSON: 

You are an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of corporate briefing programs, event management, and strategic customer engagement. Your background includes managing teams and developing high-impact marketing strategies. You excel in both creative and analytical aspects of the role, with a strong ability to build relationships across various levels of the organization. You are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversee the Corporate Briefing Center's operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for customers and partners. 

  • Foster partnerships with senior management, product marketing, and other departments to enhance program offerings. 

  • Collaborate with account teams and organizational leaders to create customized briefing agendas and experiences for customers and prospects.

  • Lead planning and pre-brief calls with Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to ensure successful events.

  • Host on-site, virtual, and hybrid briefings, ensuring teams are well-prepared and informed.

  • Manage briefing logistics and provide hands-on support with the briefing center coordinator.

  • Regularly assess program quality and performance, using participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Support the installation and promotion of demos aligned with our leading-edge technologies.

  • Ensure key market messages and branding are current and accurately represented.

  • Provide quarterly performance and outcome reports for the Center.

  • Develop and implement impactful policies and processes.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve overall processes and team proficiency.

  • Follow briefing industry best practices by utilizing systems and processes that increase operational efficiencies.

  • Manage customer and partner related EBC events, including logistics.

  • Requires up to 10% annual travel. 

 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Experience in Corporate Briefing Program management, event management, Sales, Product Management, or executive program development. 

  • Proven ability to manage, inspire, and motivate teams effectively. 

  • A balanced creative and analytical mindset, focused on executing top-tier initiatives within a measurable and data-driven framework. 

  • Skilled in engaging and building rapport with executives and key customers. 

  • Expertise in building and delivering clear, impactful presentations. 

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfort and effectiveness in working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt, identify issues early, and escalate when necessary.

  • Knowledge of the semiconductor industry and related technologies is preferred. 

 ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
