Ophthalmologist

A thriving private practice in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a General Ophthalmology Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate is an experienced surgeon — this practice sees a heavy volume of cataract cases — and is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. Surgeons at this practice make up to $1 million annually and the practice is offering equity partnership opportunities.
Opportunity Highlights
- Private practice with multiple clinics
- Salary $400,000 with min guaranteed
- $750,000 to $1 million annually for surgeons
- 1:10 practice call; 1:5 hospital call from home
- Access to LenSx and LAL
- Equity partnership opportunity
- $150,000-$200,000 sign-on bonus
- 5 days and 3,500 for CME
- 20 days PTO
- Practice operates a charitable foundation and medical mission trips

Requirements + Preferences
- Board Certified Ophthalmologist
- Ideally experienced with a track record of high-volume cataract cases
- Licenses in both Pennsylvania and Maryland preferred
- FEMTO-certified preferred, but not necessary; full training provided
- MIGS experience preferred
