As an Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Accounts Payable team at our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on team members and vendors in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated issues with vendors/suppliers and counsel team members on effective resolution
- Collaborate with the other Accounts Payable Supervisors and Management to develop the team members, set goals, and provide service to suppliers
- Train and develop new team members by providing them with necessary knowledge and skills to succeed
- Make continuous updates and improvements to processes and training documentation
- Lead regular meetings with AP team members
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
- High School Diploma required
Knowledge and Experience:
- Some Accounts Payable experience required; 5+ years preferred
- Experience in a Shared Services/Centralized Services environment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP preferred
