We are hiring a full-time driven and resourceful Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) in Big Flats, NY. As a leading industrial distributor (and Fortune 1000 company), we realize we are only as strong as our dedicated team. Selling millions of industrial products to all types of customers takes special skill - and that's where you come in. In this role, you will work on-site at the facility of one of our largest customers in the area to provide professional and timely support to their team.

What you'll do:
- Identify customer needs by leveraging product knowledge and collaborating with teammates
- Learn about customer processes and interact with customer stakeholders face to face
- Provide quotes with pricing and lead time
- Process orders and source material to maintain machinery
- Assist with duties involving spare parts storeroom including but not limited to:
- Receiving and stocking product
- Cycle counting inventory
- Assisting in maintenance of vending machines
- Working efficiently with team members to keep storeroom organized
Qualifications:
- 6+ months customer service experience required, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
- SAP/ERP experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR)

In accordance with applicable wage transparency law requirements, the typical estimated pay range for this position in Big Flats, NY is $19-25/hr depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities. Bonus amounts are tied to location performance, however no specific amount is guaranteed. There are additional quarterly and annual bonus opportunities.
