Job Description
Candidate will be required to work on customer site as primary owner and support for the local network infrastructure. This will include but not limited to working all IT network infrastructure related tasks such as break fix, and user requests using our Service Now ticketing system. Network support personnel will be required to maintain a controlled and safe working environment. They will be primary contact for vendors doing infrastructure work at the site. Work closely with other IT service towers in collaboration of IT solutions and designs meeting customers' requirements. Network support and build out local IT infrastructure following approved network solutions. Candidate will use enterprise tools to help support and document the local site network.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Typically, a college degree (associate or bachelors), or at least 2yrs of work or equivalent experience with IT infrastructure,.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Cisco Certifications such as CCNA or other network related training.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $68700 - $116800
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
