Reviews/analyzes MRP output reports and on-line screens to determine valid requirements, taking into consideration excess on-hand/work-in-process (WIP) material.
Establishes priorities, schedules, coordinates, and monitors the flow of material incoming to meet production commitments.
Manage and process Returns of defective material to suppliers through TIPQA- acquire return authorization from suppliers, work with quality group, create PO's for returns
Contact suppliers via email/phone to expedite parts and returns to support production schedule.
Open to Remote workers in the preferable areas- Louisville, Sterling Heights, York, Aberdeen
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education: High School/GED
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Professional communications skills required and must be comfortable talking to vendors in-person and on the telephone
Must have 2 years relevant experience and a basic understanding of material process flow.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Prefer Associates Degree in Supply Chain or 2 years experience in relevant discipline
Working knowledge of Oracle and/or TIPQA are a plus
