PRIMARY CARE POSITION - WEST VALLEY

For this full time position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- Experienced as an NP in primary care
- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- NP Designation with eligibility for AZ license
- Provider who prefers adult patient populations
- Patient focused, friendly and willing to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
