PRIMARY CARE POSITION - FNP / PA
Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is seeking a dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Surprise team. For this full time position, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
- DEA with prescriptive authority required
- FNP or PA designation with AZ license eligibility
- Experience in Primary Care preferred
- Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

This location is near an entertainment complex, professional sports and refreshing Lake Pleasant: Our Health Clinic in Surprise is nestled within one of Arizona's fastest growing municipalities! This is a suburban demographic that includes age-restricted neighborhoods and young family communities. The clinic is currently focused on primary care services with chronic disease management, Medicare wellness, physicals, well-child examinations, acute care visits and minor in-office procedures.
