FCX Performance/Basin Engine Pump & Supply is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process flow control company. As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will expand relationships with current customers. You'll spend your time interacting with your customers in determining their needs; having a direct impact on customer satisfaction, retention and sales results! 
 

 Responsibilities:

• Experience in retaining customers and building repeat sales.
• With training, able to provide technical and application information.
• Process and expedite orders, customer returns and returns to vendors in an accurate and timely manner with efficiency in vendor follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Sourcing and getting quotes from vendors, effectively handle correspondences from customers and fielding calls from customers as well as assisting the outside sales team.
• Assist in properly training and guiding the inside sales team to resolve issues in P21.
• Support the operations/management team on leading initiatives with the inside sales team.
• Negotiates pricing and delivery with vendors when necessary.
• Works closely with Outside Salesman in soliciting business, executing order transactions and maintaining superior customer service levels.

Position Requirements   

• Inside Sales within the industrial marketplace.
• Able to tackle multiple projects while being organized, detail, and deadline oriented.
• Ability to relate to all levels of employees within the organization, as well as people customers & vendors.
• Leadership skill set.
• Ability and desire to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Technical/flow control industry and pump/pipe knowledge helpful.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Computer proficiency including MS office, Epicor P21 a plus!

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred. High School Diploma required.
