FT Temporary Support Staff - Key Accounts Team 1

 

 

Full Time Temporary Support Staff – Logistics (Warehouse) Assistant

 

Duration: Approximately 6 -9 months (Full Time)

 

Scope: This position reports to the Logistics Manager, North America, collaborating with local and global functional partners. The role involves coordinating between 3PL Partner (Mallory), Sales, Merchandise Management and German logistics, ensuring effective movement of materials and parts.

 

General responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate requisition orders through identifying material shortages and coordinating orders for material requirements
• Demonstrates accurate administration of input of data into ERP system and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Demonstrates accurate administration of input for Fixture and Furniture orders in the Mallory Web Portal
• Supports inventory management of merchandise, furniture, fixtures and service items through execution of monitory and control tools
• Maintain inventory counts, storage locations, perform periodic inventory checks
• Coordinates logistic activities between 3PL and carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to ensure accurate shipping of product, fixtures and related items
• Administers accurate invoice record keeping through review, approval, and document filing
• Coordinates special projects between Merchandise Management, Sales Operations and 3PL warehouse
• Controls the efficient flow of warehouse goods, logistics services and information from point of origin through placement to POS
• Supports new partner rollouts for North America

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and is incredibly organized. They will prioritize well to ensure efficient use of time, adhering to all deadlines. They will ensure systems are in place to check their work for accurateness and completeness. They are quick to learn and very resourceful.

• Experience in a logistical operations role; 3PL a plus.
• Experience with ERP system and Warehouse Management System.
• Proficiency in MS Office and high proficiency in Excel for invoice detail.
• Experience with invoices.

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with SAP HCM.
• Highly organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.54 per hour
