Who are we looking for? BrightLink is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to be the vital link between our customers, their business objectives, and our solutions team that creates client-facing experiences using our low-code platform.

Primary Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery process to understand and map client requests to existing capabilities of Clarus
  • Listen, comprehend, and ensure documentation of any feature gaps are translated into business needs, including Clarus features and integrations to external systems
  • Communicate and prioritize configuration paths based on the risk to the project
  • Collaborate with technical teams to oversee the platform's configuration, ensuring it meets client needs for both new launches and ongoing projects
  • For new customers, describe, define, and gain client acceptance of all imminent post-launch activities. Hand-off to account management for future potential projects that aren't immediately post-launch
  • Leverage technical data management knowledge to guide design decisions, focusing on optimizing user experiences and data management solutions
  • Drive client acceptance through clear communication, ensuring the proposed solution conclusively meets their business needs
  • Own and maintain solution documents based on client discovery and in-depth knowledge of the platform
  • Listen, comprehend, and facilitate the documentation of any feature gaps, translating these into business needs, including Clarus features and integrations to external systems
  • Conduct training and oversee the handoff to the client support requests team, also known as the "success organization." For new customers, clearly describe, define, and gain client acceptance of all imminent post-launch activities.
  • Facilitate a seamless hand-off to account management for future potential projects that aren't immediately post-launch

  • Documentation Skills: Expertise in maintaining comprehensive solution documents based on client discovery and platform knowledge.
  • Training and Handoff: Competence in conducting training sessions and overseeing the handoff to client support teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to ensure that configurations solve the problems articulated by clients and drive client acceptance through clear communication.

Experience Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience:
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a solution delivery, business analysis, or consulting role.
    • Experience working with low-code platforms and data management solutions considered a plus.
  • Client-Facing Roles: Proven track record of working in client-facing roles, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Technical Collaboration: Experience collaborating with technical teams to oversee platform configuration and implementation.
  • Documentation and Training: Experience in creating and maintaining solution documents and conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Business Needs Translation: Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa, ensuring clear communication between clients and technical teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, make informed decisions, and communicate these decisions effectively to clients and stakeholders.
