Requirements:
- Current Licensure through the Texas Board of Nursing OR Licensed Nurse Practitioner by the Texas State Medical Board or the ability to obtain prior to employment
- Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment
- BLS obtained by the American Heart Association
- Endocrinology experience required, experience with diabetes management a plus
