ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

  • The role will win and grow larger Government, (Federal, SLED ) customers across U.S.- both within the Fleet and Truck segment 
  • Manage customer portfolio and secure delivery on monthly, quarterly and annual KPI targets
  • Negotiate profitable contracts and central public procurements
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for improving a profitable portfolio.
  • Continuous competitor surveillance and ability to use this as insight to prioritize sales activities
  • Management of larger portfolios requires ability to plan proactive with a good structure. To support this the role needs to use of tools that have been implemented in order to increase sales efficiency; Salesforce, POINT, Power BI, Prezentor  
  • Responsible for driving Govt related RFP from kick off to submission, utilizing portals like GOVWIN and Bloomberg Federal as well as others. 
  • Deep understanding of Government related tender / negotiation practices.
  • Represent Circle K in seminars, larger groups of customers and build the thought leader position and supporting the ambition of being perceived as the best B2B mobility partner.
  • Work with our TCO sales model utilizing the challenger and insight sales  process.
  • Digital tools will be leveraged to the largest possible extend to achieve sales results, handling of customer portfolio and to create good customer journeys in a more efficient way.  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree preferred however equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Three years of B2B sales experience, preferably proven track record from working with major accounts and an experience in using digital tools in order to work in a structured and  proactive way.
  • Strong on commercial understanding with documented negotiation experience
  • Comfortable with presenting to both customers and internal leadership and speaking to large audiences.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Relationship builder and ability to network within the specified markets.
  • Strong ability to work together and to deliver insights within own organization as well as with other departments within Circle K. 
  • Ability to meet sales targets, delivering results and meeting customer expectations, via both in person, virtual and digital communications.
  • Influential and ability to represent Circle K in seminars and larger gatherings.
