Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a process owner or process manager with at least one of the following: Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management

  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher

  • Very good written and oral English language skills

  • Good decision-making skills together with effective communication with key business stakeholders

  • Self-driven, but willing to work with the Team

  • Prior experience working in ServiceNow ITSM

Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

  • Prior experience or knowledge of event management or monitoring tools is a strong advantage

  • ServiceNow - System Administrator Certification

Key responsibilities
  • Efficient delivery of functionality for Incident, Major Incident and Problem Management processes

  • Operational support for the process users, including assistance for proactive problem management, ensuring good quality for RCA delivery, offering best practices for Major Incident Management and data quality validation

  • Monitoring and improvement of process metrics

  • Conduct trainings and provide advisory role across the Organization

  • Maintenance of the process documentation and procedures

  • Continuous investigation for processes improvements

  • Ensuring consistent execution of the process across the organization and escalation point for process issues

  • Reports and metrics design
