Senior Specialist B2B Payment Analyst, USA

For this we need exceptional people that everyday work to support our B2B business to deliver world class services enabling Commercial sales. To support our growth ambitions in USA, we are looking for a Senior Specialist B2B Payment and Sales enablement USA.

The Senior Specialist B2B Payment Analyst, USA role

In this role, you will report to Senior Manager B2B Payment and Sales enablement USA and be part of our Global B2B Mobility and Sales team, working closely with key stakeholders across the organization. Together with our team of experts, you will play a key role in securing professional payment services for our commercial customers in USA.

We are looking for a candidate that enjoys working in the intersection between business needs and technology, addressing the end-to-end value chain for B2B payment. The role requires cross functional management both within USA and globally.

As Senior Specialist B2B Payment and Sales Enablement USA you will be hands-on working with B2B payment operation in USA. Areas to cover include acceptance and issuing of Circle K's B2B/ fuel card offering, acceptance of 3rd party B2B/ fuel cards at Circle K, payment operational excellence, and project management for improvement initiatives.   

Key responsibilities

Implement Circle K`s strategy for B2B payment in USA and deliver professional B2B payment services:

  • Own and drive continuous improvement of US B2B payment operations.
  • Support management of Circle K Pro program , from long-term strategy execution to weekly operation.
  • Support management and optimize 3rd party B2B card acceptance.
  • Working closely with Circle K's technology teams secure professional B2B payment services end-to-end.
    • Establish SLAs and supporting monitoring of payment services for B2B  customers.
    • Oversee technical development as a key business stakeholder and ensure way of working as one team.
    • Streamline payment and settlement processes, including reporting and analytics.
  • Identify, define, and drive improvement initiatives
  • Be a strong stakeholder and contributor to the US B2B commercial teams and local business units.
  • Manage key functional stakeholders and other internal and external key interfaces.

Previous experience

  • Experience as an analyst, working with data modelling is required.
  • Experience with continuous improvement/ Lean, project management, business development, P&L and/or operational responsibilities is required.
  • Experience from payment, fuel and/ or fleet card industry in USA is beneficial.
  • Experience with defining business and product requirements and software development cycles is beneficial.
  • Ability to structure complex issues, identify solutions, operationalize, prioritize and execute on agreed actions is required.
  • Experience with working in a complex multi-stakeholder environment is beneficial. Able to understand technical and business requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are important. It is important to have the ability to simplify complex content to easy understandable messages for relevant stakeholders.
  • +3 years relevant experience.

  • Proficient in management presentation
