As part of the Workforce Management team, your role will be to act as the liaison between the business, vendors, and technical teams to gather/document requirements, lead testing efforts (both QA and oversight of UAT), serve as training technologist, and develop a deep understanding of all workforce management products to guide their evolution within a large retail environment. 

• Understand, document, communicate and test functional requirements for SaaS and custom-developed solutions

• Coordinate issue tracking with internal teams and vendors

• Coordinate technical aspects of training for regional teams during rollout of new systems

• Responsible for system administration and configuration of SaaS solutions

• Participate in/lead testing of regular product updates (e.g., monthly, quarterly)

• Evaluate requested changes for each solution and their impacts across a suite a tools

• Ensures data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance, and documentation

• Supports and participates as a project team member in ongoing implementation projects

• Provide technical and functional support of SaaS products for the business operations teams

• 5-7 years IT experience, with specific QA/business analyst experience

• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)

• Highly organized and extremely attentive to detail

• Ability to prioritize and work with deadlines

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
