Key Responsibilities:

Contributes to a to Maintenance leadership team by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Aids the Maintenance Manager by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operation policies and procedures. 
• Ensures maintenance work is performed according to company standards by inspecting it to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Must adopt and emulate the core principles of the company's mission and lead by example with a positive and professional attitude
• Responsible for a portion of the overall Repair & Maintenance Annual Departmental budget including monthly investigation, reporting and relocation of costs.
• Executes all aspects of building project management from start to finish.
• Identifies current and future maintenance requirements and costs by coordinating with management, production personnel, tradesmen, and technicians.
• Manages multiple warehouse/storage facilities and all company assets within
• Leads a team of 4-10 Field Technicians, who are dispatched and managed remotely, to repair, maintain, and improve store facilities & store interior/exterior image.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years convenience store & commercial building maintenance management of staff and facilities experience or 5-10 years in general maintenance management of staff and facilities is required.
• Knowledge & Familiarity with the following software or a professional-use equivalent version.
• Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft Teams / Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher). 
• Nuvolo IWMS or other ticketing/call-center dispatching software.
• Nuvolo IWMS or other asset management software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently, often remotely & on-site and prioritize own workload..
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and/or hear. The employee frequently is required to use his/her hands in order to handle or grasp items. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with both hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift or transport items that may weigh up to 50 pounds or more, if needed.
• Ability to travel in a company provided truck for extended periods and satisfy company requirements for operation of the same
  • 40+ nights/year in company-provided hotels to accommodate field
  • Ability to be on call 24/7 for maintenance emergency coordination
