Opportunity to join a 25 year established practice on the Coast of Georgia. Immediate position available. Currently have two locations one in St. Simons Island and the second in St. Marys(opened in July 2021). Both offices offer state of the art technology equipped with ICat cone beam and digital scanners. Everything is in position to provide the support you will need to take care of patients and grow the practice. Currently work with close to 100 referring dentist in a collaborative TEAM concept environment. What are we about?

This opportunity allows you focus on patient centered care surrounded by a dedicated TEAM that believes and is passionate about our Core focus.
Our practice currently is dentoalveolar and implant focused. As a single OMFS I placed over 1200 implants last year. But the opportunity to expand services is freely available based on your interest and training. We have great hospital where call is required (one day a week) but not a trauma center. Practice operates 5 days a week but with the addition of another surgeon the schedule can be flexible. Both offices are currently fully staffed with a well trained TEAM to make your life easy. We are a fee for service practice that does not allow insurance companies to dictate our care.
Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Certified
- No Experience Required open to Graduating Residence
- Excellent Communication Skills (Patients, TEAM members, Referrals, and Myself)
- Works Hard both IN the practice but also ON the Practice
- Desires to become part of the Community we serve
- Join Staff at Hospital
- Provide Study Clubs to referrals
Salary and Benefits:
- Can be fully customized to meet your needs. This can be a salary position to a fully percentage based collections model, or combination.

About the Area
Coastal Georgia is a hidden treasure. We are located right between Savannah Georgia and Jacksonville Florida. When people talk about work life balance relationship the Golden Isle is listed under the definition! If you have an interest it can be found here(water, land, air). What we do is demanding your life outside the practice shouldn't! For 25 years I have called this area my home, raised our two children, impacted our community, and developed friendships that i call family. It truly is that you have to see it! We have a local airport serviced by Delta Airlines so travel is easy. Need the BIG city with Jacksonville and Savannah an hour away your needs are met.
Final Thoughts
I love what I do even after 25 years and want someone to join me in my passion. I want to be a mentor and share all that I have learned to make you the best that you can be. I want someone that we can develop a relationship together that is more than just the practice. This is the culture of my practice and I believe the best practice model out there.
