Southwest Oral Surgery operates with the mission to provide optimal oral surgery care with a majority of dentoalveolar procedures. Dr. Brad Harris is looking for a full-time surgeon who will join his team! The position offers an excellent opportunity for a surgeon to build a practice with full support in a state-of-the-art facility. This southern location in GA is one of fastest-growing markets and our referral-based practice is growing with it! Once a solo practice, Southwest Oral Surgery has grown into a three-location practice that continues to dominate the Albany and Thomasville, GA market with a vision for future growth. We are looking for a surgeon to live in either Thomasville, GA or Albany, GA.

Who we're looking for:
- Motivated, hard-working surgeon who is ready to tackle whatever challenges the day might bring
- Understands and respects the sentiment of working with referring dental providers and meeting their patients' needs
- Possess an open mind and willing to workshop techniques and open to discussion on difficult cases
- An entrepreneur mindset thinking about what is best for the practice, its growth, and development
- Board-Eligible or Board Certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Completed an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
- 2+ years of experience preferred but not required
