Rehab Office Manager - Full-Time 
Wilson Health
Sidney, Ohio

As a full-time, nonexempt CPS Solutions LLC Rehab Office Manager at Wilson Health, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the patient service advocate team within a Rehabilitation practice or healthcare facility. This role involves leadership, staff management, quality assurance, and ensuring a high standard of patient service. The supervisor will collaborate with the management team to optimize workflow and enhance the overall patient experience.

Schedule:  This position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, day shift and overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business or related work experience. 
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of patient services processes, medical terminology, and insurance procedures. 
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.​
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate; especially with all levels of management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving 
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th 
  • COVID Vaccine
