We are looking for a self-directed problem solver to join our compassionate and supportive CRMC clinic team as a Licensed Practical Nurse/Certified Medical Assistant. As an integral part of the team, the LPN/CMA ensures the health, safety, and comfort of our patients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and empathize with patients in vulnerable positions, striving to immediately meet their needs. They will demonstrate effective communication skills acting as the link between the patient, the provider, and other departments involved in patient care.

 
Qualifications:
  • Current state of Minnesota LPN license
  • One year of clinical nursing experience (for coordinator or specialist roles)
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

  • Aims to provide the best possible patient care
  • Demonstrates effective communication and organizational skills
  • Positively interacts with patients as an essential representative of the practice
 Specific Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates nursing competencies
  • Assesses patients, administers medications and vaccinations, and assists the provider with treatments and procedures as necessary
  • Uses electronic medical records to document accurate patient information
  • Coordinates with provider's daily clinic
  • Performs other duties based on role as needs arise
