You are joining a team that cares for the well-being of our colleagues by working together in a supportive, collaborate and agile environment. *Position Summary* Project Management of Architectural & Engineering Firms & Consultants.  Responsible for oversight of the architectural design development and implementation of drawings for CVS Health facilities, including design development, construction/permitting drawings, and specifications (mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and environmental) in conformance with CVS standards and requirements, and within Local, State, and Federal codes. This role is critical to realizing the enterprise growth strategy. *Required Qualifications*        7+ years in architecture/design, engineering, or construction management. Strong knowledge of design, building technology and assembly, construction methodology, materials application, and interpretation of manufacturers' requirements. Strong verbal and visual presentation skills with the ability to influence others and challenge others when needed. Comfortable presenting to Municipalities Design Review and Planning Boards. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and independently develop and administer action plans to drive results. Proficient in the production and management of the A&E process from schematic design through to construction documents - ability to assemble a construction drawing set including site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, ADA compliance, etc. Excellent oral and written communication skills, design, and problem-solving skills as well as appreciation and sensitivity to architectural design intent and constructability. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop. MS Project a plus. *Education* Bachelor, or Technical Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Interior Design required or equivalent work experience. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $174,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.    In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.  The Company offers a full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits.  Eligible employees may enroll in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is also available for eligible employees.  The Company provides a fully-paid term life insurance plan to eligible employees, and short-term and long term disability benefits.
