Serves as advocate for patients, ensuring effective communication, resource utilization, and continuous monitoring of their progress to promote positive outcomes and enhance overall well-being. *Required Qualifications* * Minimal 3-5+ years clinical practical experience (Bedside Nursing) * Registered Nurse (RN) certification required. *Preferred Qualifications* * Bilingual highly preferred * Experience with overseas access to care * Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills. * Working knowledge of medical terminology. * Working knowledge of digital literacy skills. * Ability to deal tactfully with customers and community. * Ability to handle sensitive information ethically and responsibly. * Ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate option. * Ability to function in clinical setting with diverse cultural dynamics of clinical staff and patients. *Education* Registered Nurse with active state license in good standing within the region where job duties are performed is required. If residing in a compact licensure state, it is preferred that RN license is part of the compact. Must have multi-state licensure or the ability to acquire within 3 months of employment. Certified Case Manager is preferred. *Pay Range* The typical pay range for this role is: $54,095.60 - $136,600.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
