Job Description
‐ Consultant/Analysts, once trained on MDT processes, will be immediately client-facing
‐ Consultants/Analysts are expected to conduct themselves professionally in all interactions with clients, internal partners outside PBMs and third parties.
‐ Ability to track multiple, moderate to complex transitions to execute on time
‐ Manages relationships with incumbent PBMs to schedule delivery and receipt of data in agreed upon format and on time to review, process and load data into our systems
‐ Lead calls when necessary, with other PBMs or internal partners to ensure that our team is collecting all relevant data to meet the client's expectation
‐ Track the progress of the transition utilizing a salesforce case or an eProject Plan and be prepared to report progress or risks to the Implementation Team and MDT Leadership
‐ Manage member files including: Claims History Files, Prior Authorizations, Rx Only Accumulations, Open Refill files and Specialty Open Refill files
‐ Works to display competency with the formatting, manipulation, and analysis very large data sets, all the while maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy
‐ Willingness to partner with senior team members to learn best practices and incorporate that knowledge into daily practice
‐ Collaborate with internal partners, when needed, to solution for custom client needs
‐ Works to become proficient working with all Lines of Business including Medicare, Medicaid, Specialty Stand Alone and EGWP clients
‐ Excellent written and verbal communication
‐ Consistently demonstrate the CVS/Caremark Core Values (How We Work) of Accountability, Respect, Integrity, Openness and Teamwork
‐ Work independently in a remote team environment
‐ Responsible for working with incumbent vendors, consultants or Third-Party Administrators when required and document and communicate key changes that might have client impact
‐ Identify process improvement opportunities providing proactive, strategic solutions
‐ Possessing PBM organizational knowledge is a plus
‐ Experience with Mainframe highly desirable
‐ Must have proficiency in Excel and Access
‐ Validate one's work is complete and accurate within agreed upon timeframes
‐ Ability to quickly learn new processes and technology

Required Qualifications
‐ Client interfacing experience
‐ Proven ability to successfully transfer and load electric data files in a high-volume environment
‐ Hands-on ability to format, manipulate, and analyze very large data sets, all while maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy
‐ Salesforce.com (or similar tool)
‐ eProject Plan (or similar project management tool)
‐ RxClaim (preferred)
‐ QL (preferred)
‐ SharePoint
‐ PeopleSafe
‐ WebEx
‐ Excel
‐ Access
